Took my pupper in to use their wash station for the first time. The staff were super nice and showed me where everything was. My poor girl doesn't love bath time; but I was grateful to have everything there handy to make it as quick as I could for her. Bath (shampoo and conditioner), nail trim, and blow dry. Quick, easy, and best yet, my bathroom doesn't smell like wet dog!!! Thank you. On our way out, the staff even gave her a treat for being such a good girl!

Absolutely amazing prices on outdoor supplies and decorations, especially at the end of season! The staff is extraordinarily kind and helpful in answering any questions I have. Tractor Supply is definitely my favorite place to shop for backyard and pet needs. The dog bath area is always well stocked with supplies, and it’s so easy to get my dog in and out for a quick bath. So much cheaper than taking him to get groomed and definitely worth the $10!!!

Never do a pickup order from this location. I’ve called twice and spoke with a manager on duty about my order and they told me they canceled it since they do not have it in store. (Not nice costumer service with them). I still ended up with a charge pending, and a week later I tried to speak with customer service and was not able to get a hold to them. Tried again to speak with customer service and again, never was able to speak with anyone. This was April 14 and today is May 9 and I still have a pending charge meaning I’m not able to use my own money. So I ended up calling my bank and they told me the charge will finally drop off May 14 so I have to wait a whole month of not being able to spend my money because it was pending. Customer service is a joke now.

I was excited to find out there’s a new Athens location that happens to be closer. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The space feels bigger than the one on the east side. There’s a big indoor section that looks like a warehouse. This is where all the outdoor stuff at the east side location is stored at this new location. There’s a big garage door/loading area too, I believe, at this warehouse section.
